Joy in My House of prayer - Isa 56:7

The Word of God says there will be " Joy in My House of Prayer" - yes! Prayer should be a very joyful matter. Why? Because God hears us when we pray! and because (Heb 11:6) He (God) is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. He also says in John 16:24 that we should ASK in prayer "Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete."
Lets do away with our images of prayer as boring, heavy and sad! Let us take the heavy issues of life, of our community and see God move on our behalf - then our joy will be complete!

*Note that we start out with joy - and our prayer has the task of completing that joy!
*Here is a thought - how can our joy (mine, yours) be full if people around us are suffering and we are not doing anything about it? In prayer we are doing and in doing to others we are released from our self focus and their joy is our joy!

Activate your faith and pray!

I asked myself, why did understanding the Blood Covenant so changed my prayer life....? And realized that the little snippet in part 1 does not say enough to really get you running out to get a teaching series on the topic. Blood Covenant - what is the bottom line?
